Led the end-to-end design of an e-money account feature within a SaaS platform. Oversaw the process from initial research and ideation through to delivery. Designed and optimized the user experience, including activation, KYC/KYB, and strategies for adoption and retention, ensuring seamless user engagement and regulatory compliance.

Led the redesign of our SaaS monetization strategy, shifting from two subscription plans to a three-tier model with add-ons. By applying over five cognitive biases and principles, we improved clarity and perceived value, increasing a 20% MRR increase.
